I have recently concluded Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD) from California Southern University. I abide by ethics and regulations set by code of conduct of regulatory bodies. I am passionate towards the goal to advance the practice of psychology to improve lives and benefit society.

​My first Postgraduate Degree in Clinical Psychology (MA) from Delhi University, India was concluded in 1997. Thereafter I put the knowledge and skills to work extensively with children, adolescents, adults, elderly, and families. In 2003, I studied School Counselling (MS) in USA which advanced and enriched my passion for supporting children and adolescent mental health and wellbeing.

In recent few years, I have been practicing as a Psychologist and Counsellor in private practice in Hongkong and also helping online clients worldwide . In addition to my above education and experience, in 2021 I graduated from Hongkong University in integrated Behaviour Health (MSoSc). Moreover, I pride myself with the following recent evidential training: TF-CBT(APT), advanced EMDR, and advanced Schema Therapy. Additionally, I am a dedicated Motivational Interview (MI) practitioner with ongoing supervision and accreditation in primary health care and mental health.

I am very fortunate to have lived, studied, and worked in India, USA, Shanghai, and Hongkong. I am humbled with this experience which has tremendously helped me to sharpen my multicultural counselling skills. My nationality is Indian, and I have been living in Hongkong for the last 9 years with my family. Besides speaking Hindi and English, I also understand Punjabi.

My other passions lie in supporting the following causes: helping stray dogs, and rehabilitation of street children and homeless people. I actively participate in voluntary work in Hongkong and India. I support 2 pro-bono clients at a time and offers fee discount to clients with low salaries.
