Originally from India, I have studied, lived and worked in USA, Shanghai and Hongkong. I have been living in Hongkong since last 12 years, caring for children, adolescents, adults and families in schools, my private practice and
at The London Medical Clinic in central, Hongkong.
​I started to study Psychology in 1992 with keen interest in human mind and behaviour. In doing so, in last few decades I have relentlessly pursued high academic development and profesional training in new evidence-based interventions. I feel blessed that what started as an academic interest became a passion to practice and continues to do so! I practice Clinical Psychology, Counselling and Behaviour health. I take pride in my "integrated" mode of therapy targetting reduction of stress and anxiety and enhancement of every client's emotional wellness.

I am humbled with my personal and professional experiences in various cultures and settings which has tremendously sharpened my broad culturally sensitive therapeutic skills. Besides speaking Hindi and English, I also understand Punjabi.
