The spirit of the practice is person-centered and strength-based approaches.

This practice has been operating since 2015 in Hong Kong. The goal is to support children, teens, adults, the elderly, and families through warm and caring professional services. ​It is started and run by Hongkong Clinical Psychologist who is proud for her Result-Oriented Approach. Ms Verma is in field of Psychology fo rmore than 20 years. Currently, very proudly she is pursuing doctoral degree in Psychology from California Southern University.

I started to study Psychology in 1992 with keen interest in human mind and behaviour. In doing so, inlast few decades I have relentlessly pursued high academic development  and profesional training in new evidence based interventions. I feel blessed that what started as an academic interest became a passion to practice and continues to do so!

 

I practice Clinical Psychology , Counselling and Behaviour health. I take pride in my "integrated" mode of therapy targetting reduction symtoms of stress and enhancement of every client's emotional wellness. I am very fortunate to have lived, studied, and worked in India, USA, Shanghai, and Hongkong. I am humbled with this experience which has tremendously sharpened my multicultural therapeutic and counselling skills. My nationality is Indian, and I have been living in Hongkong for the last 9 years with my family. Besides speaking Hindi and English, I also understand Punjabi.

Psychological therapy is defined as a collaborative relationship between an individual and a psychologist who helps people understand their feelings and assist them in understanding of the of ongoing issues, bring chnages in their lives if needed, and strengthening self.

The client and therapist have the opportunity to work closely together, build a trusting relationship, and really address any issues arising. therapist will work with you, listen without judgement, and help you gain clarity and insight into your experience.
